For the same reason that Homeless and Sofa stated it's going to be a -1, and unless they are fixed this app will most likely be denied. While he can do the job with his current position - there are a few commands that would certainly help him with his job

Minxx - he can't promote players offline which prevents him from promoting half the staff team who isn't logged in when he is. Ofc he can't promote t.admin+ because of reasons however I believe he should be given these perms despite what previously happened-and what Garnet is trying to prevent.

I'm with Bortnik here sofa, not that I'm hating the idea because I do think it would help new players immensely especially since most new players are new to darkrp in general so they don't understand NLR. However it is the players job to keep a timer either in their head or using some external device for death timers and other things that have a time limit.
