Seeing as how responses are still going figured I'd give my +1 Dude was a good staff member previously, always trying to help new players and strictly avoided rule breaking. Good man all around, hope the interview goes well.

+1 To Crabs comment. As one of the main purchasers of alt printers, I can confidently say that if there was a better way to xp, I'd be doing it. Because honestly its not even about the money once you get above a certain $ threshold. Unless your name is Orion, most players wont ever need that much and it just becomes bragging rights. I dont care how they are implemented, even if I had to press E on them every second, if they make a similar output to printers? Everyone will use one, and that includes alt farms. We need to boost xp given from certain jobs rather than adding new things. Perhaps looking at making crack/meth better, access to more slots as I commonly see new players filling the slots, and other players asking for them. Add xp/money back to arresting people. Maybe limit the alt market by only allowing them to be spawned on certain jobs? All things that would have to be looked into by someone smarter than me.

+1 give the new players dlores too! itll be funnyyyyy! edit: this might actually help solve your raiding issue to mossly, or at kinda help as new players will have easier access to stronger weapons faster, (rather than afking however long it takes to get 100 afk creds) therefore, allowing players to raid better bases! AND AND ANNNND, newer players who start printer farming, will have a better chance to defend against higher leveled players tryna yoink their printers. this is a giga chad suggestion imo.

please make this one useable if player is offline. thank you. and perhaps, make a seperate chat similar to the @ chat, or make it so they can /report (maybe only visible to stretchy or l.admins in the rare case that its assigned to the wrong player)

+1, similar to the druggy man, i think his drugs got nerfed at one point idr. and alcohols maan, nerf his prices tooooo!

Neutral. If you could find an addon that might help persuade people to your cause. If there was some sort of tool we could implement it with (meaning its non-physgunable) that could help to prevent most problems with people sticking cameras in others bases.

+1, Mossly youve done it again. After reading the first 9 words I was on board For people complaining about rdm, /setjob does exist. However I do agree that in the event that a moderator isnt high enough rank, there should be a workaround. (Similar to how vip mods can ban people via warnstacking if there is no one else online to push a ban through on their behalf, there should be a way for ranks below *I BELIEVE IT'S T.ADMIN DONT FLAME PLES* to ensure that players can be set back to mayor if rdm does occur. Or maybe make a mayor rdm a harsher punishment idk.

Gonna weigh in my two cents as a non MRP main, @Reynolds you laid out a beautiful argument that somehow I enjoyed reading even though I'm not sure how I got here. I do agree with @Draco_ though as it should just be for non-active players of the server (people gone for more than a month or two etc.). Again though, I'm basing all my info off of what I've read in this post and all the comments on it. +1 lol

I've seen something like this in FiveM, there was a radio that donator classes could use to play music inside a certain radius. I don't know if it is at all possible, but the fact that cinema does work this gives me hope +1 Would need to set rules to it probably similar to cinema to make sure that it wouldnt be abused, but apart from that I love the idea.

I wouldn't mind collaborating with you on that if you want some extra ideas.
