im gonna +1 from what ive seen of Rust she seem like a pretty chill person i dont have any complants but i havent been here that long so that could be used aginst me i will say this if we base our own biases on these staff apps based off PFP theres a lot of ppl that would never make it into staff at all and stuff like that should be handled personally or if your personal bias will affect your decision making skills then its best to leave things be (P.S not targeting anyone im just saying from being staff for a long time and i tell my rust mods the same thing)

i understand your concern but i did make sure it was ok with my rust manager and with jake and proggy if that helps

[minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe that I would make a good staff member because I have past experience with being staff and I have experience dealing with players breaking rules and trying to find loopholes in the rules. I am also one of the current rust S.Admin so I have seen my fair share of rule breakers/minges. I am very active on the server and i try to help out where I can from events to rp scenarios. I enjoy helping others and making the server better for the community and want to see it grow. Most of the time I'm a very chill person and believe that I am a pretty professional person most of the time. I will admit I've done a couple of minge things before but I try to be as helpful and professional as I can. I have been part of the community for over a year now and garnet was my first rust server and have been here ever since. I first became staff in May of 2020 and have been part of the team ever since so I'm dedicated to helping this community. I tried to help cityrp when it was up i was on there every day to help the pop but it just didn't stay, then i played darkrp for a little bit and made friends with some of the staff there and had a good time, then proggy told me i should try out Mrp and i have really enjoyed it so far. I have met some wonderful people in mrp on US and RU side and great ppl in SOC factions. I want to help the server out more than just being a normal player and wish to make the server a better place for new players and older ones too. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? 1st video theres no name so i cant be used 2nd theres no actual proof of crouch jump so it cant be used either my opinion at least from my exp in my time in rust say cause no name = no proof
