Im neutral on this as the only reason they stop spawning is because of the rate they are getting killed at. when it was just me and @Deeko I got about 80 kills and he 40+. Garnet had quite a few as well.

The way it currently works on SWRP is you would have to pay the full price for VIP and then the full price for Elite. I would assume an upgrade package might become a thing some time soon.
