What happened? (include any proof): I was a pet and was looking for an owner, the PD accepted me as the departments pet.
Why should your ban be removed?:

From my understanding NITRP has something to do with not roleplaying, and if that's why I was banned then it is wrong. There is absolutely no reason I can think of to be banned for 4 days.

NITRP is no intention to role play. Even if you're role playing it could be against the role playing rules. Just because you're role playing the way you want doesn't mean its ok

You've heard other staff say worse shit. not capalot. He might've been spamming his "use /report instead of @" bind because so many people use @ instead of /report.

ban should stay and this guy is being toxic

maybe even extend it

Right so I get banned for NITRP then said staff says he banned me for a different reason? Is there something about NITRP I'm missing or would you care to explain? I'm not being toxic, I'm pissed because I put in a legitimate appeal and then get laughed at and lied about (his first reply saying I was playing with a friend).

Then show me how I was NITRP, because my whole appeal is claiming I wasn't doing what I got banned for. I don't see anything in the screenshot having to do with the reason I was banned

I’m not a DRP player, but just putting in my 2 cents - isn’t @ chat OOC? So yes this is toxic, but I do not believe this is the right term for this ban. It’s like the time someone told me to stay in character for typing in OOC, it didn’t make sense and I don’t believe I should’ve been reprimanded for it

Yes, exactly. Based on the proof shown it would only be considered a diss in OOC warn/chat mute.  A NITRP ban warrants 3 rules broken in a short amount of time. So unless any more proof is shown he should be unbanned.
