+1 I've never had any bad experiences with you on the server nor have I seen you raise havoc. I don't see a reason to keep you banned from DRP if the comm ban was lifted.

I want you to know, you vouching for someone/something means absolutely nothing in this situation. You weren't in the party(Shown in the clip), so you have no right to be defending his KOS sign/defending him from a raid without calling counter. Also you saying you didn't NLR is untrue Diddle. You continued to raid the same base upon dying in the same life, therefore it is NLR.

Yes, exactly. Based on the proof shown it would only be considered a diss in OOC warn/chat mute. A NITRP ban warrants 3 rules broken in a short amount of time. So unless any more proof is shown he should be unbanned.

Yea so, pretty much with just graduating high school and moving soon for college, I can't be active anymore. I realized when finishing up my high school year, that I couldn't dedicate myself to the server anymore. I had a lot of fun playing DRP again and I'm glad I met the people I did. @proggy I hope you continue to do great things with Dark rp. I might hop on from time to time but for now I wanna focus on more important things. Cya guys

Well, the duel argument is different, adding an arena would end up spamming way more than duels ever would. It's a great idea don't get me wrong and I'm sure there are ways to work around it but for now, I'm going to -1.

-1. I agree that it was simply immature of you to ask how to crash the server in OOC. With the intention to use it on this server or another is still not something we want a staff member doing. I have had a few encounters with you that have left an uneasy feeling and this is why I will be -1ing your application. I think a few months is a bit much, maybe a few weeks to show everyone you have matured and learned how to manage your anger.

Hey, so I received a report on you for RDM by Deigo. As you were not on I looked at the proof and I was supplied this video evidence https://streamable.com/a31mey You killing him + You disconnecting I was unaware of the situation before hand of the hobo hut and such. But if you felt you were RDM'd by them you could have easily reported them for RDM instead of revenge RDMing.

+1 I think it was just a misunderstanding and the warn should be removed. He only warned you because he couldn't find in the rules "You may kill someone who doesn't advert steal on your possessions." And this is exactly why it should be removed.
