Honestly and integrity goes a long way with me. There’s so much to this application that is missing the mark. I see a big missed opportunity on both aspects. You failed to mention some key things: 1) past staff app 2) bans 3) the two paragraphs minimum is more a means to show us you are dedicated enough to make sure you are thorough with your attention to detail. -1

In general i dont think that you really put in the time and effort into your staff app and because of those reasons your other few infractions cant be overlooked.

Feel free to reapply in 2 weeks as long as you are willing to be transparent with us about past bans and applications.
If you choose to reapply, please provide a substantially better application with some referrals, and also do not reuse your paragraphs.
