How convenient you don't remember, well one of the reasons you were demoted for was sit boosting. If I can remember correctly you accumulated 1000+ sits in one month due to sit boosting and was demoted on the spot by evity, this is probably what made him ban your forum account too. I can not speak on your current self and behaviour as I don't play DarkRP but its not very honest of you to not mention this.

So you were demoted before you were permanently banned, can you explain as to why you were demoted? I'm almost certain I know why but I think it would be better coming from you instead.

This picture is not enough for a warrant, to me it just looks like you spawned it there and stepped back to take a picture so your name wouldn't show. The printers would either have to be inside the base or the owners of the base carrying them inside. The formality of this post and your knowledge of our server and server rules for a level 14 just shows that your a minge cop and this is an alt account probably to avoid another permanent ban on your main account. Just my 2 cents

what rule did he break exactly? he raided a base and the rocket explosion radius is a lot bigger than he expected, in his pov you can clearly see he shot every rocket at the base with no intention of shooting in the street. There's 2 options here: 1. ban metro for a week for unintentional mass and get garnet to remove explosives from unbox or 2. do nothing because he didn't break any rules. If your not allowed to use explosives on a base then what's the point in having them?

the server has been crashing for months now, this is a known problem within garnet and proggy. they currently do not know the cause but are actively looking into it. the new models and map isn't the problem.

Advertising garnet on other servers is not a good thing, it really brings our rep down when kids go to other servers representing us to only minge.

The reason staff members are not allowed to take their own sits is to prevent bias and abuse, this most likely will not change.

We don't allow racism hence why you were punished in the first place, you were racist in ooc so you were punished accordingly since you left. Why would we want someone as staff who says racial slurs in ooc? you would automatically be denied anyway because we do not associate ourselves with racists. Two wrongs do not make a right "bub".

You said he said the n word in ooc and you didn't warn him, I told you that you have to warn people for being racist but you said he left already so I said its ltap then (I wasn't aware of the time frames). This is still a valid ban however because he was racist and left without punishment whether he did it intentionally or not, pacman should have just warned him in the first place then this wouldn't have happened. Also he already unbanned due to it only being 1 day long.

Denied When speaking to a staff member about rules you have broken, it is a sit therefore the excuse "it wasn't in OOC" is invalid. Telling someone to kill themselves especially after they helped you is disgusting and the 1 month ban is well deserved. You can wait this ban out, I hope you can mature for when you come back.

Denied The qualifications of a No Intention to RolePlay ban is 3+ broken rules, you broke more than 5. With the second video you provided of the entire interaction it shows how you not only raided with the thief on purpose but how you also stole from their printers, stole their meth, basing as a spartan and specifically switching to Spartan to raid with no current proof of raidables to just then switch back after raid. Also you lied to a staff member about knowing the thief even though he was based with you and in your video your in discord with him. You broke numerous rules and were rude and disrespectful towards proggy about this appeal calling him words such as "stupid delinquent". I will be extending this ban for the both of you to a week since the normal punishment for this behaviour is a permanent ban.

I'm sorry but where does it say your not allowed to be neutral? You are not required to include a +1 or -1 in your response so long as you are providing *USEFUL* information in relation to the suggestion/application/report or appeal you are responding to.
