What happened? (include any proof):i reported a guy named Statistic for arresting me for no reason and when we go pulled by an admin to talk he got a warning and i got sent back, but then he brought me back, said dont move, then i was banned right then and there.
Why should your ban be removed?: Because i literally did nothing wrong, or against the rules

You were banned by the console it bans people after they exceed a specific amount of warns. So you would have had more than one warn for it to ban you since it does it automatically no staff actually banned you.

and for those saying it was a console bann because of warning limits, i only got one warning the entire time of me playing that session. and the last session maby 2 or one. thats not the limit. the admin brought me back after the talk was doen, with the guy who jailed me for no reason, and added warnings. like, wtf. there was nothing that i did for that. i wish i remembered his name

The warns do not go away when you are banned they stay there for 2 weeks so if you were banned before and it hasn’t been 2 weeks the next warn will ban you as well.

You got banned by the console for warn exceeding.

Warns did not go away as time between instances was not long enough for warns to be reset, therefore after the last warning you received got you banned by console.

You cant appeal a console ban itself, but you can appeal the warn that triggered the console to ban you.

Denied

You have been banned by console for exceeding warn threshold. After you are banned for exceeding the limit, the warns DO NOT get reset.

Therefore after the last warn was issued, you were banned by console again.

You were advised to appeal the warn that led to the ban instead of the ban itself. You are in the server as I am typing this anyways as your ban length was only a day.
