What happened? (include any proof): Once I finished my base, I walked outside and fixed my sign to "KOS". I walked back in, stood behind my base desk, and immediately crashed. In the clip used against me, you can see me freeze and then disconnect. I immediately tried reconnecting, and was only back in for about 15 minutes before I crashed again. 
Why should your warn be removed?: I crashed 3 times within 30 minutes, not really sure what's up with my pc.

i should mention the screenshot i used of the crash is just me showing i kept repeatedly crashing, i do not have a screenshot from the actual raid.

this is ckrip but that screen shot is you in a different base not in the one i raided you in but heres a clip of you playing music and dancing before i raided you sine you said you were in active and had no base in the sit

So the crash screen shot is in a different base from where yours was set up, I cant tell if that's in the same night as the crash your claiming that happened when he raided. So it does classify as failrp when a person does disconnect while being raided and reconnect within 30 mins of disconnecting. I'm happy to take any more evidence from both sides and see what any higher ups think. (Ckrip reported you because you came back in under 30 mins)

this was said because i thought you meant you tried to raid me after i came back, thats why i was confused. 

not sure how me playing music then freezing completely, then disconnecting isnt even more proof that i crashed lol. also i did say the screenshot wasnt from the raid, but i was showing that i was repeatedly crashing.

I have spoken with @RealOmni and because of the complexity of the situation your warn will be removed.

It is impossible for a staff member to determine whether or not a disconnect in that situation was done purposefully.

The timing of the unfortunate disconnect is what led to the ban.

 

Because of this, no formal punishments will be issued at this time.
