@Phantom the only question I had was are we allowed to even like check out the PRP for an hour or is it strictly prohibited until further notice?

For now, if you are interested in your MRP rank, you have no reason to worry about PRP. Later on down the line if it gets its own steady playerbase, then it's a possibility.
