What happened? (include any proof): had one sink in front of someones house with text screen "let that sink in" wasnt blocking anything. was no sit or warning. this is the moment i was banned:

Why should your ban be removed?: it was one prop not mass prop block and it wasnt blocking anything, i was also not warned. i was reconnected right before after spawning a small pipe as hobo and nothing else as well. i was being annoying but i wasnt doing anything against any rules

no other admin said anything to me, you never had a sit with me, if you have proof of that please show me.. i never blocked anyone in so im going to need to see proof of that as well. i truly think you let your emotions get the best of you on this one, clouding your judgement. like i said yes i was being annoying but especially after being reconnected the only prop i was playing around with was the sink. which you walked out and banned me for without a word.

So I have a photo and a video of these instances. I would like to say before that, I made the mistake of not recording while warning him and telling him to stop with the props. In the photo you see him mingeing with a prop that has lights attached. In the video there are 3 instances of being toxic with his props while im trying to help these people. He is also breaking NLR in this video because the owners of the base keep killing him. The first offense he is being as annpying as possible with the chair that has lights attached. The 2nd offense he brings a pipe into their base. The 3rd offense is with the sink at the door. As a citizen i may add. The 4th offense is the prop with lights in the photo. He was just doing his best to harass new players and being as toxic as possible. Also he made new players that just wanted to test out the server leave because they did not want to deal with him.

going over these multiple times, im not really seeing anything that has to do with prop block (the first reconnect) or mass prop block when i only had one prop spawned in at each time. and you as an administrator never took it upon yourself to explain to me what im doing wrong or the consequences i would be facing. and it is a little concerning that another admin who actually gave the ban didnt ask for more proof than you just typing the letter "y" in staff chat. you were protecting people who were rdming me in the streets NOT in their base for the reason of them not liking me, which didnt have a kos sign anyways until AFTER i went in there.

we're also talking about a level 15 player here reporting me and killing me in the streets, maybe the level 5 and 1 were newer but i think its safe to say a level 15 player knows what hes doing enough to take care of his friends so im not sure what help you thought he needed.. and before the reconnect they were mad a group of hobos for just being nearby, they approached us, not the other way around.

prove me wrong and i'll believe you. there were other hobos in the area i never had more than 2 or 3 props down at a time. you seem to be pinning the work of multiple people on me. i'm going to need more than "this is false" to be content with receiving this ban

This looks more like a NITRP ban than a MPB ban. He never prop blocked when he was a hobo and even when he had the sink as a civ he never prop blocked either, you could see people passing by it.

If he broke NLR consistently it would be a - Mass New Life Rule | [Mass NLR] | (2 days).

If he broke 3 rules back to back within the same timeframe that would be a - No Intention To Roleplay | [NITRP] | (4 days)
I suggest in the future you look at the D3A a little more closely when reconnecting and banning people and I would recommend recording and taking more ss so that this doesn't happen in the future because you only provided 2 instances of him breaking a rule.(Reconnecting and banning him for PB when he isn't PB'ing doesn't look good on the staff team)

You will be unbanned but I suggest that you refrain from being mingy towards new players and that you need to read up on the rules a little more.
