The beta testing wasn't meant to be a "Cheat your asses off" kind of event, more of a "Break this fucking thing and tell me how you did" kind of event... [CHiP] CHiP's Virtual pet functions are disabled for now, since the client needs to redownload it's response databases from the MicroCHiP github repository! I attempted to explain just how little the script can do, but didn't get time. Why should your ban be removed?: fuck, idunno man... just let me come back so i can play with my best buds and dance to some SharaX music... don't be total nazi's & gas me over a simple experimental toy script i made... there's no point cheating in DarkRP anyway. i personally think it sucks the fun out. you could either see a guy around the corner waiting to blast you, or you could be surprised by him and have more fun playing on even ground. Everyone deserves to have a fair fight. most of all, it's annoying when someone uses an ESP wallhack to snipe me through a wall. that happens too many times for me to just brush it off. i'll record one of these instances and show you sometime if you want to see it, but it's not on garnet at all. not even darkRP... the only real reason i have scripts is because i wanted to spice the game up with chat extensions and quality of life fixes... (the dumb source engine still has problems with high propcount to this day, and i keep having to run my custom-made game patcher to fix the fucking spaghetti mess it is, all because gmod updates happen and steam loves to verify game resources every time i quit the game, so... the problem is so common i couldn't give a fuck. nobody ever listens to me anyways. nobody cares when i have a clear as day fix for the problem. just let the peasants at the bottom lag out while we rock our 3090's and RYZEN cores with 128GB+ of RAM on NVME SSD's... eugh...) should you decide to let my ban stand, well, i guess i'm going back to some other place that tolerates programmers... or better yet FUCKING QUITTING GARRY'S MOD SINCE NOBODY LIKES ME ANYWAY, AND GOING BACK TO TEAM FORTRESS 2!! 2 3 Link to comment

time 315 Posted December 10, 2021 Share Posted December 10, 2021 Denied Tonganpoison followed staff guidelines (which state scripting is a permanent ban and which you admitted to doing). Client-side Lua execution is disabled by the server (sv_allowcslua convar is set to false), so you would have needed to inject an external software into your game to run your script, which is not allowed for a reason. 2 1 Link to comment
