Once an application has been accepted you will be moved onto an interview stage with Navy. Following the proper steps the new XO will be placed into a two week "probation period" where their rank will still be volatile. Requirements: Must be Staff Sergeant or higher within the battalion. Must have no previous offenses on the current iteration of the server. Must be Fifteen years of age or older. High daily activity. You may not be planning to leave 501st anytime soon. They may not have a secondary life or gain one while being XO. Note: If accepted the new XO will lose all affiliation to their current sub-battalion if they are in one. Additionally they will not be able to tryout or join one as an XO and will be required to be on the "executive officer" class at least eighty percent of the time. As a perk the XO will not have to write any more applications to progress to higher ranks, they will simply be promoted.
