What happened? (include any proof):i was chilling off to the side of the street talking to a dj in an ice cream truck and i had my dlore out and i switch to go to my emote and under that emote is nerve gas and i accidently go to nerve gas instead of my emote and threw it not realizing it only kills two people so it wasnt mass so then gunshark starts yelling lets get him banned for mass jump in jump in and sauce ghoostie jumps in also so theres 4 people i now have killed gun shark reports me and tells the admin he did it on purpose just to get me banned for no reason laughing the whole time and tells the admin that he has a video of him doing it so then i get banned for unentional mass and the first two people said they weren't going to report me because they knew it was accidental i had 15 printers why would i go mass rdm to get banned makes no sense but people like gun shark decide to come in and ruin peoples day which is really sad because hes an admin and he should be setting an example and on top of that i was tell people not to go in it.
Why should your ban be removed?:I think my ban should be removed because it was not intentional at all and the staff knew that but they had to ban me because its still against the rules but the problem for me comes when people start jumping just so they can get you banned they chose to do that on purpose where i didn't so i believe that i should get unbanned or at least it could get shortened

Hi, I banned you per candies @ chat request but regardless since I have evidence I will do my best here,  I came back from checking something and saw nerve gas now when I see nerve gas I jump in the reason for this is bc ppl who throw nerve  gas in the street to minge or rdm deserve to be banned. After dying I saw in the top right corner it was yours so I reported you for Mass. Now you are correct as seen in this clip here https://streamable.com/57n8y2 I did yell jump in, however it was a joke I was making with someone else not an invitation for others to join (this person was in discord). Regardless of any of this you MRDM I have no bias towards you as you implied in the sit I did this because you were RDMING ruining the server experience. Candy made the decision of banning you for UMRDM which is the shortest because you said it was an accident candy chose to believe this and gave you lenience I understand your frustration however what happened was a justifiable punishment. I re-read this and saw you said I told them I did it on purpose to get YOU banned, however this is out of context I said I did it on purpose to get a RDMR banned I had no idea it was you who did it until I saw in the chat who killed me this was not an attack on me, despite you thinking it is even going as far in the sit to say youll hold it against me forever and cussed me out im sorry you feel targeted however this isnt the case.

Okay so this my first of these Ban Appeals so hear me out if i mess anything up.

i got a report by gunshark for a MRDM by west when i tp'd you there i was looking at logs and saw this

after this you then continued to prove your point of it being MRDM and you knowing it was going to be a ban:

I believe your ban was justified with all the evidence you have moderators have to force the rules on anyone, meaning even though if it was a total accident like you were saying it still mean you would be getting a UMRDM ban.

your cool i understand thats why with all he evidence we have we gave you the minimum ban for the action which is a UMRDM ban

@GunShark with the evidence you showed and you clearly running into get him a ban + to add a kill for his ban i believed the evidence proves that his ban i a justifiable UMRDM ban

ik that u guys gave me the minimum but this becomes a problem when players (both staff) jump in to get someone banned thats where the problem comes in u guys are supposed to be a leader and reflect how the servers supposed to be but how you gonna do that when your screaming for people to jump in nerve gas to get someone banned. At the end of the day i killed two people and then gun shark jum ped in just to get me banned which was his malicious intent not mine.

As shown in the video that gunshark sent ( https://streamable.com/57n8y2 ) It shows him running into the nerve saying "Yea lets get him banned for MRDM" and ghostiee jumping in too.
Vera-fly and LuckyMaster were in the van already so it will be a warn for rdmx2 and you will be un-banned.
As for gunshark he will be talked to about instigating bans on other players, sorry for the inconvenience.
