What happened? (include any proof):

Allow me to introduce myself. I am aidenkiss12 and I was playing DarkRP for a good few hours straight enjoying my time. I was a hobo and was respectfully building a little hobo hut on the side of the street. I was harassed by the neighbor where I was RDM'd countless of times and to no avail, they were not punished in any way. I have reason to believe because they were of higher level (no prestige). Other users that were there all vouched and defended me for they were in the wrong. Check the logs if you must, I can surely do my best to recall some of the users. I was disconnected multiple times so my hobo hut props will all despawn. (I  spent a good amount of time arranging). Falsely, the  neighbors even admitted to reporting me for "prop blocking" but I was just building on the road. FInally, at around 5:50 a.m. ET 3/20/2022, TheDudeAbides banned me from the server. Did not address what rules I failed to follow. I did not break RP, I did not RDM, and I did not trespass. This is unjust. 

The neighbors who harassed me were (and apologies for not remembering their exact tag) tbH Curcky and tbH timothy.

Please follow up to this appeal and I would be happy to assist with any furthering questions.

Why should your ban be removed?:I was wrongly banned for playing a role of Hobo. I was not greifing or disrupting. Because of the two users above, as I mentioned, they were favored and I was banned. The moderator whom administered the ban failed to address what I was doing wrong and did not allow to hear my plea.

Nothing wrong with you building in the street as a hobo. The issue was I sat there and watched you basically purposely be as much of an issue with these people trying to build for over an hour. You weren't the only one of course. Purposely getting in the way of their props, building directly on the front of the base to be an issue, and body blocking every now and then as they were trying to build. I told you at first the issue wasn't you building but that you were just doing nothing but causing as much trouble for them. Asked you to move your stuff and move on, and you didn't so I reconnected you. You came back immediately and started to build again so I told you to stop. You didn't, and I banned you.

Was not in the way of any props. Was simply building. Was never asked to move by the tenants of the base. (I really do hope someone has it on recording because one of the two mentioned above, EVEN SAID that they "DID NOT MIND" that I was building there. Their reasoning was that it would keep others from crowding their base.)  I was just KOS and only one of the TbH who killed me were only jailed for 4 minutes. Breaking my immersion of DarkRP. TheDudeAbides said I was being annoying and disconnected me. I went back to reconstruct my progress and then immediate ban. Even before I even started building I was being harassed and many other users can vouch on my behalf. TbH lil Curkyy! made an attempt to entrap me in his base by saying he would "Give me money", a bountiful stack. All I had to do was walk in and "collect" it. Although, I am no fool and did not fall for the childish tricks. Unfortunately I cannot remember which user exactly it was, either "RealPineapple" or "don't hit women" who were physically entrapped within the base falling for the lure intended for me. "don't hit women" repeatedly mentioned to the admins about being blown up by them for simply walking up and saying "Hi Franklin" much earlier in the night. As you may already guess, no punishment was yet again inflicted. I was called many things and I can understand that for being the role I was playing but the killing and disconnecting is unjust, and immersion breaking. I come these lengths just so I can provide innocence for TheDudeAbides wrongdoing. Since I was never given a first chance to explain.

Abides did not have the following to support his ban

1: a timestamp of the propblock(s), for all we could know those could be several minutes apart

2: He didnt look directly at the prop to see who the owner was (It could have been anyone on the street)

3: He did not supply video of him reconnecting you and asking you to stop

Due to all lack of evidence (Stated above) You will be unbanned and abides will be spoken to about getting proper evidence in these cases
