What happened? (include any proof): 
Basically I got into a few sits with him at the time and he was warned for one account and jailed for another. He then proceeded to make heavy remarks of me in ooc and got his chat muted. After that he resulted to hitman harassment and was targeting hits only to me up until this very moment. After those hits and the recent ones he said, "Skill art is a garbage moderator" to staff chat, etc. I feel like this situation won't be dialing down any time soon due to his remarks and his overall attitude.

I'll speak to the individual regarding their behaviour. I've personally witnessed some of their poor comments made towards you by said player earlier today, which is when I temporarily muted the player's chat. If this behaviour continues please report it in game or submit a report on the forums just as you did now and a ban may be warranted. This kind of behaviour is not tolerated on GarnetGaming. @stretchyplease lock and move.
