Alright so let's get into the juicy details: Such a long way we've come over the years. From going to a complete newcomer in the past years to even gaining a staff position on the server, Garnet has truly been a ride that i'll never forget, for better or for worse. But I feel like its finally time to leave where I stand. I will no longer be playing any of the servers because I have found other things I enjoy most outside of GMOD and steam overall. I also see the server was negatively impacting my mental health in the past and hasn't really given me much motivation to do much anymore. Even though we had a few missteps in the end, I will never forget all the people who truly were my friends and helped me every step of the way. I will also never forget all of the fun times we've all had together. So here comes a list from me to my friends: @TheDudeAbides -- My boy, you've truly been one of the most chill people that I've hung out with on the server. Please continue to make people dance with that DJ role of yours, and I really will never forget all the fun times we had cracking down on minges. @Dustin-- Best Runescape player NA. But on a serious note, I'm really going to miss seeing you and talking with you about games. Truly you have been a friend to me all the way through. @Titan1 -- Although I didn't really get to know you all that well, I still feel that you helped me out a lot in getting to know some people on the server way back when. @Fetn -- My guy, keep up the recent streams and keep on crushing in those FPS's. I'm going to miss the funny moments we've had together on the server. @ajbedhead -- Even though you've recently resigned, I could care less about all of that. You have truly been one of the coolest people I've known in the server and outside, you've been so helpful in the past and I really can't thank you enough for all that you've done to help. @GrosCave -- I seriously don't even know where to start with you, You went from a normal player all the way to manager, like seriously this guy is super awesome and deserves as much respect as he gets. He's been a super awesome dude to hang out with on the server and has always been there to answer questions from me since day 1. Keep up the awesome work Gros. @Chikn -- Dude, you're literally the funniest guy I know on the server. (*Hands you the server clown award*). No but seriously you've never failed to make me laugh in any instance. @Vortex1 -- I'm going to miss hanging out with the HG family. I might drop into the discord every once in a while. But I'm going to miss hanging out with all of you. @_Shark_ -- You've been an awesome dude to base with, seriously gonna miss those arcade machine printer holders. @stretchy -- Best Manager, and will always be no matter what anyone says. @Proggy -- Keep up the awesome work on the server, make sure to keep that pop up and never let the server die! The proggster shall live on! @Shin_Tsukimi -- You've been awesome from the start, just don't let anyone tell you otherwise. @FlameSoul -- Hardest working person I know. Dude is a literal tank when it comes to taking sits. @Ghostieee -- Bro, you are just a special case for me. You have always been super chill and upbeat, you're possibly the most charismatic person I know. Literally dude, I will never forget the awesome times we had on the server. I'm truly going to miss you man. @xCookie -- Keep killing those Black ops zombies, maybe it will work out eventually! But seriously, cookie you've been a true friend to me and I respect all that you've done for me in the end. @Adric -- Im going to miss the shark man! Cya man! @Source -- mannnnnn, you're still wack... LOL. Miss you bro. @VeraFly -- gamer girl on garnet!? Nah but seriously, I have a fun time with you on the server, you've definitely helped me all the way. @ShankNinja -- Bro, straight up killer. This dude is seriously fun to hang around. I seriously miss you. @ChrisRid -- Alright now this is a long one for me. I seriously met eye to eye with someone on gmod. You've been the most professional yet most helpful person on the server so far. I really hope you get far into the rankings with this one. You've seriously been an awesome dude. Even though I've only just met you recently, I feel that you deserve a spot on this list no matter what. @TheBigMike -- Super mysterious dude, Never got to know you too well, but you've always creeped me out. @Corbzz -- Bro is a legend, chillest dude on the server. DNC what anyone says. @Torq -- Gave me a ref. Legend for that one, no but seriously I miss you on the server. You've been truly amazing. @JustUltimate -- Bro. You've been one of my gotos on the server for anything I needed help with. Seriously I'm going to miss you brotha. @Celestialitus -- My trainer. -1 Application is super weak and has nothing to offer in terms of showing dedication to the role. Applicant also didn't read the staff rules and clearly put no time into actually learning the rules either. I've met with you in game plenty of times and most the times I was in a sit with you it was always you as the reportee and you constantly break rules in-game. This is not a good look for you at all and I really hope you get another chance to prove yourself other than that, you are definitely not fit for the role of staff from what I've seen.

Although i need to mention a few things rq: - The app itself is not at all super stand-outish and not at all any better than most - The app feels a bit week and cliche. - Although the application might not be the strongest suite, i can 100% vouch for Don to be a responsible and well-liked staff member. He is always on and active, super chill, really fun to talk to and has never been rude to anyone on the server. His biggest trait is probably his calmness and thick skin which are some of the keys with holding and having a staff position. Don blotto has certainly gained my respect amongst players on the server and within the entire community as a whole. He is just a 10/10 with every single aspect. Other than that I feel that This is a huge turning point for him in terms of climbing up the ranks in the community and this will be his chance to show his dedication as well.

-1 Some good things to point out: You're a really chill person, and I can tell you like the server, etc. I've seen you a this morning in game and your attitude was decent overall. But for this application in specific: You didn't put enough effort in to show why you want to be picked specifically out of all the other people who apply. You also rushed the application a bit which is super visible considering there's not a lot to read and the minimal answers that were left. Playtime is good but I don't consider playtime a variable for someone's maturity. You have a current warning which isn't too bad, but still doesn't look good on a staff app. I haven't really seen you on the server much, only recently this morning. So I really don't know how active you are on a daily basis Only reason I'm leaving a -1 is because I just can't tell if you're ready or not to be apart of the staff team.

You claim that you were never brought to a sit and that there was a "mayor" on. Both of those are false. The clip I sent shows perfectly that a mayor wasn't present at the time of arrest.

What it doesn't show is the countless number of insults you threw at me afterwards in ooc.

Yeah so basically I have a few screenshots. But overall I literally asked you if you broke each rule: Being NLR, FDA, and RDM and you literally said yes to each question regarding you breaking those rules. You reasonably admitted to the RDM and FDA. But for the FDA you said you did it, "accidentally". Which doesn't make much sense. And then to follow the first screenshot up. Actavis himself sent me proof in video form of you FDA'ing, MassNLR'ing, and Killing him at the end. Also the fact you said that I didn't check anything before banning you is complete false. I checked logs and saw that you killed him at the end like he said, also showed the NLR from constant damage going back several times. And the FDA was from his original clip of you doing it and you admitting to it after i specifically asked you if you broke each rule. Also in the video actavis says, "come inside as a joke" to lure him in, which yes it was scummy, but you should have known not to keep coming back.

+1 I feel that having text screen modifiers in general would be an overall cool experience, not to mention fonts alone. But I also feel that having certain color or visibility properties would be cool as well. For instance, I saw on a few other servers that you can make the text screen flash or flicker or change colors like RGB.

[minimum 2 paragraphs] This question is a very good one at that and I love the amount of answers one individual could give to it, but simply put I have at least 3 reasons why you should pick me over others. First off, I'll just get straight into it by saying that my ability to stay calm in any situation is a very useful tool to have and it comes with many perks along the way. I believe that one's ability to stay cool under intense situations and in most cases situations that cause anger, grief, or any negative emotions is very useful in general and can show one's maturity overall. So for my first reasoning it would just be the fact that I'm able to stay cool and just chill out when it comes to situations that are hefty. Ex: When a minge is yelling or saying hurtful/harmful things to one other person in a sit, its best to keep your cool and just stay calm. Second, I believe in experience as a whole. When it comes to any job position, or position that is handpicked, I would say that one of the most important things to take into account is experience that an individual has. So for my side of things, I have plenty of experience when it comes to administration on and off of Garry's mod. I could be cliché and say that it's "important". But the fact is actions out-weigh words, and I believe with my past experience and experience on the garnet server overall, that I should be picked for having a landslide of experience within administration, logging, and sit etiquette and knowledge. Also, not to mention the fact that I've staffed for plenty of servers in my time, and its just something I genuinely enjoy doing. Lastly, I think the biggest reason you should pick me is because I will stand by any word, and the biggest word I have to say to this community is that I will deliver quality work and exceptional results when it comes to moderation duties in-game and out of game. I genuinely think I'm not a bad person to hang around and that we could get some stuff done overall. I love to see new faces, and I'm constantly reaching out to people in-case they need help. My ability to understand and observe situations is also another one of my words. I will make sure that my job as one to moderate the server and take care of sits will not be forgotten, seeing as its the most important part of staffing. But also, I'm a man of having fun and overall just having a good time with friends and people online. Other than that, I do believe in authenticity and I've never been banned, but I have been jailed several times on account of NLR or Fail base, etc. On that note, if it comes to Garnet servers, I have NEVER been punished on any GG servers. -1 The only thing I'm going to say is that you need a better reputation within the community. I haven't really seen you in-game at all or much for that matter. I have seen you once this morning and from the conversations I had with you, you didn't really seem too fit for the job. Your maturity just from talking with you is a bit off-putting and I don't see you fit for the role of staff. The staff position holds high-standards, I just don't think you can hold up to those standards yet. Nothing against you at all as a person, just build up your reputation and maturity a bit more.

To list a few, I have been on GMOD itself since release and I know most if not, all of the things it has to offer. This could be either console-wise, game sense-wise, etc. I have completely played this game night and day viewing your DRP server from a view most wouldn't even think of. I have over 11k+ steam hours on GMOD on two Mains of mine and would like to add more to the equation( and yes, this is pure playtime with me in-game). So to sum up the first reason, it would all come down to Experience. But, In my eyes there's many more reasons to pick me over others. So, to start my second reason, I would have to say that it would be my calm nature and thick skin. Most people don't know this when they're new to applying but I can say for sure that some admins/mods I've seen in the past can have some really bad anger issues or just emotional issues when another minge or RP'er gets under their skin. This means that from what I've seen, thicker skin and being able to avoid arguments or bad decisions comes in real handy, especially when it comes to having a rank such as staff. I feel this way because I'm the type of person to not really get offended or get pissed off really swiftly. So that leads me to my summary containing my second point, Chill Attitude and being able to suppress situations easily would be the second reason to pick me over most. Now, to get into my third and final reason I would like to share some thoughts that I've had on the server so far... From the day I joined the server off a referral from a friend, I could instantly spot and scan the many people of the server that actually held value in the server. There's this really big chain growing and leading up into the higher rankings that most would ever dream of climbing, but the main issue I've seen with most people is that they're either too lazy or just purely don't want to even try to become staff. This leads me to my third and final reason, Ambition. Ambition is probably my strongest quality when a person first meets me. I've heard many things about first meetups about me, but the main thing I hear is, "That guy is really passionate about playing"; or, "He's just a really nice dude to hang around". Now, don't get me wrong but hearing those things just drives me to hangout with everyone on the server and just have a good time. There's this drive that I feel when wanting to become staff again, it just reminds me of my old days of just starting out as staff. Seeing that drive to go forwards and meet new people, or to just overall help. I feel like the word help is very overused and is cliché in most staff applications, but it genuinely has a meaning to me as a person. Helping is one of my favorite things to do overall. So, to put it simply, Experience, Awareness/Attitude, and Ambition would be my three reasons to tell you guys on why you should/would pick me over most. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details I feel that owning up to one's mistakes is very important so I'm not going to lie about this question. I have in the past been warned, but never banned on any server. The warnings that I can recall would not be anywhere in the ball-park of RDM, RDA, or NITRP. But some of them did consist of having a fail-base, FailRP, or just purely not knowing some of the rules. The main one being fail-base. I would normally explain in a big conversation about these warns, but I'm going to keep it plain and simple. I normally have not read most rules in the past as a kid, but I've seriously matured since then and have made sure its a crucial step in any server I join(ed) to read the rules. So this isn't a problem anymore. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I have not made any previous applications for this server, I have however made others w/ other servers, platforms, etc. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: This question is easily answerable. I have pretty much all day and week every week to contribute, even though I am EST I still am up most the time chilling or Rp'ing at very late hours. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod? I'm a man of many traits and hobbies. But to list some of my main and useful one's, I'd have to go with; Coding/Software Development, Drawing/Graphic design, smoking, and Skateboarding. These all may seem like very boring or nerdy things to do, but I'm going to just say that I'm a nerd. Plain and simple.
