(include any proof): While on my early morning gambling adventure I was /rolling people for money. For those who don't know how it works the rules are fairly simple: an amount of money is wagered and whoever rolls higher with /roll wins the wagered amount. In this case MG Goofy Guy and I had wagered 9 (million) and had both rolled for it. I rolled a 24 while he rolled a 15. I was then scammed in the sense that he commited suicide and then disconnected from the server. Scamming in any circumstance is against the rules of Garnet or so I believe. (include any proof):Why should your ban be removed?:Insane Circumstances, not professional staffing at all Hello, after a successful PD raid while playing as a Spartan I ran into the PD and placed down a KOS sign above the doors inside of the lobby. After placing my kos sign I became mayor, immediately after leaving my office I ran a lottery and was approached by staff member WohMi inside of the PD, I killed him as he was past the KOS sign and was then pulled into a sit. The next 20 minutes was the most unreal experience I had ever had on Garnet. MULTIPLE times I was questioned about having proof of a KOS sign, every time I brought up the fact that I wasn't the one making the accusations and I did not need the proof I was told I was wrong (I don't use OBS anymore). After about 10 minutes of back and forth telling WohMi and WeefPeef I did not need proof and that the KOS sign had been deleted because I wasn't intending on roleplaying as mayor anymore WohMi commited suicide in the sit ran back to PD and took a screenshot and TP abused back to the sit showing no KOS sign that I had already informed both were deleted. I then questioned WohMi with the exact phrase, "so if i have a base with a KOS sign and I kill you and then decide to delete my base after the fact it is rdm?" To which he replied an astounding "Yes I think so". I was so baffled by this response, meanwhile Weef Peef had attempted to break up the arguing saying that there was insufficient proof but WohMi took control of the sit and kept it going (it had been more than 10 minutes at this point). WohMi then after keeping us there and doing a deep dive of the rules copied and pasted that KOS signs must be on the exterior of the base or else they are invalid. I had mine on the inside of the PD prior to the actual interior of the PD. I was then told my KOS sign was invalid and I would be getting jailed for RDM, I said whatever and then the arguing continued. I became so aggravated that I said I don't care anymore and killed WohMi in the sit. I'll admit to it, 15 minutes of my play time was vanished because of an RDM report that the handling staff tried to resolve but the accuser kept going. After WohMi's death he teleported back to the sit and informed Weef Peef he wanted me banned for NITRP because I had also said the phrase "I don't need evidence you are the accuser goober" which I was told was Diss in Sit. However I feel this was a pitiful attempt by WohMi to flex his VIP Mod status and have me banned because I had annoyed him. At that point I let nature take it's course and was banned for 4 days. Why do I feel that I should be unbanned? I feel I should be unbanned because the guiding staff of the sit (Weef Peef) had no control whatsoever, the sit was completely hijacked by the accuser who was also another staff member, Weef Peef had said several times "okay let's stop with the back and forth there is insufficient evidence" On top of that, WohMi purposefully did everything in his power not only to upset me but also took the phrase goober as a diss when in reality he just wanted me banned. Even as a former staff member I would have never done that, I could've said any swear word in the book but I said the word GOOBER. It was just a nail in the coffin to ban someone who annoyed him. Even if I'm not unbanned I would like the staff members involved to be spoken to, during the sit I experienced many times where I could smell favoritism from a mile away, I could guarantee you that if WohMi was not staff this RDM report would not have taken 20 minutes.

I’m glad that we can all at least somewhat agree that a 150k max is a little low, would -1’s change their mind if we could all settle of 250k?

This is definitely an unpopular opinion but I don’t believe there should be a max limit for lotteries as it is. People will only afford to gamble what they can afford to lose, if someone wants to gamble their money they will find a way to do it wether it be a hobo casino or the lottery. However for high rollers and multi millionaires on the server a 150k lotto is very insignificant and a lot of people would love to risk/reward more money. Changing the max limit of the lottery would also not be game breaking, for every person who would win 5 million on a lottery would also equally result in 9 others losing 500k which would keep the economy stable. I think 500k max is a fair number that would keep high rollers happy and give people with very little money a chance to win big.

-1 unenforceable and leaves you open to be counter raided incredibly easy if the only person you can kill is the base owner. Not to mention would kill using rockets. Anyone killed in splash damage who isn’t the target would guarantee an RDM report.

Description: I think a common problem among most seasoned and active players is not having enough options for spending in game credits. Myself included we are at a point in the game where it is nearly impossible to spend all your credits. Especially if you have bought permanent weapons. The only real purpose the credits menu is for these players is payroll which has a 10 hour cooldown. A 10 hour cooldown on something that gives you a relatively small amount of RP cash seems excessive. I propose that the cooldown for payroll is lowered to 5 hours. Reasoning: I think it would benefit the server by making the credits menu more useful for long time players who do not need to buy temporary weapons. Only being able to cash in on 100k every 20 hours is not worth it when one fully upgraded printer can do that in an hour. With a 5 hour cooldown it is still respective to the fact where it cannot be spammed and gives payroll a little more incentive to be purchased. this topic was suggested and approved in military RP over a year ago.
