What happened? (include any proof): Me and Yoda were messing around cause the server didnt have a lot of players active at the time me and yoda started killing this guy cause he found the chesseburger eventually yoda did kill him but i did damage to him as well then after that i went to spawn and he tried to RDM me twice so i killed him in self defense then i RDMed him again so it was only 1 att RDM and 1 RDM which does not qualify for MRDM.
Why should your ban be removed?: My ban should be removed becaus I was banned for something i didnt do.

The ban didn't come from Merkk he simply put it through for me, that being said I will be responding to your Appeal.

First of all, I held this discussion in chat. That being said I have a screenshot of you admitting to Mass RDM'ing and you're reasoning for it was, " Me & Yoda were messing around because nobody is on the server".

In this second screenshot I will share  kill logs which also show that you killed the victim 4 times.

The third screen shot u provided shows  me RDMing him then he did a bunch of damage to me and i killed him and he came back and shot me again so i killed him self defense 

Also in the second screen shot u didnt show damage logs only kill logs the reason i killed him 4 times was one time was RDM the other was ATT RDM then like i said he came back and tried killing me twice so thats why i killed him 4 times

And in the last screenshot ofc im gonna get mad cause im getting banned for something i didnt do

Yes, second screenshot was aimed to show kill logs that I received.

Out of interest @Beast do you have any additional screenshots of the damage logs to account for the other kills? From what I can see at the moment:

Goofy Guy killed Ford F150 at 06:43:23 which isn't shown in the kill logs, but is shown in the damage logs which @gyos has admitted (above) was an initial RDM.

Following that, I agree that the two times Goofy Guy killed Ford F150 at 06:44:02 and 06:44:15 were in self-defence as proven in the damage logs.

There are a further three times in the kill log where Goofy Guy killed Ford F150 which aren't shown in the damage logs, despite being more recent than the others which have been shown. If you could show the damage logs of those occasions too please just to determine if those were also in self-defence or if they were additional RDM counts.

Over the course of the month I've witnessed and been informed of multiple incidents by yourself and so, finally, after witnessing the rude comments displayed during the report with Beast, I've decided to finally put a 1 month ban on you for Toxicity. Throughout the course of just one day, I've received multiple videos and pictures from staff displaying events of exploitation, RDM, ARDM, to name a few, and as aforementioned, your consistent rude and inappropriate behaviour. You are free to resubmit an appeal, towards myself if you so desire, as it is taking the place of this ban.
