What happened? (include any proof): Enforced KOS/AOS in an powercell housing after warning player to back away, was reported and warned for RDM. Staff explained AOS/KOS cannot be enforced without a textscreen in place.
Why should your warn be removed?: Was informed by players and a higher ranking member of staff that AOS/KOS can be enforced if player is told to back away/area is enforceable.
I'm sure it was a misunderstanding on the staff's part considering there isn't really a "general consensus" on it within staff and I am just running with what the most people have decided is true (that being restricted areas can be enforced once player is warned about it).

There is meant to be a textscreen at the location, but considering the circumstances around the map JUST changing there isn't. It will be added ASAP, and your warn will be removed by Ozzy later today.
