Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]
I don’t have any experience as a gamemaster but I hope that fact alone doesn’t impede my desire of learning to become one. I’ve always thought it’d be a nice experience to become a gamemaster within a SWRP server. Now that I am applying, I wish to learn how to become a gamemaster and I am indeed willing to learn how to host events for the playerbase. I have a good handful of ideas that I’ve come up with and when I suggest them, they wouldn’t have a likely chance of being used. So I would love to use it to make those ideas a reality. Other applicants may have the advantage of experience but I have enough experience as part of the playerbase to know what player’s expect when it comes to an event being hosted.
I have no intention of abusing the power of a gamemaster for my own personal gains. I intend to only provide the server’s playbase a fun and familiar environment to play and RP.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? no

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Around 10-15 hours a week. Depends on how my schedule progresses.

In your own words, what  are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: Gamemaster’s are responsible for providing the server’s playerbase a fun and enjoyable environment to conduct RP and generally just having fun playing on a server. Also providing an immersive experience that Star Wars fans are part of the playerbase with a familiar environment when it comes to the lore of Star Wars.

Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: Host events that can not only provide ample amounts of RP but also action and to make sure players wouldn’t be bored while on an event.  I can also provide each battalion their own part of an event such as 212th doing the heavy fighting with infantry engagements and tank warfare, 41st conducting recon for ground command, CG for handling civilian populous, SOB for retrieving/eliminating intel or HVTs, and 104th with their quickness to provide support to whatever unit needs it.

Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: Provide more RP and action for battalions. Sometimes battalions aren’t given new and unique experiences that also suit their specialization. For example, sending 41st and SOB behind enemy lines to disrupt supply lines or troop movement or 104th counter-sniper operations with their jetpack.

Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation]

1: Search and Rescue
The 34th Battle Group receives a distress call from Captain Kelper explaining how their fleet was returning from a mission when they were suddenly ambushed. Their Admiral’s ship (the Forgiver)  was heavily damaged and is currently falling into a nearby planet’s surface. The Captain sends his current coordinates but the call abruptly cuts. It’s suspected that the bridge of the ship was entirely destroyed. After gathering their forces, the 34th Battle Group boards LAATs, heads to the orbiting Venator and enters hyperspace to the coordinates the Captain as sent with their guard up. After reaching the coordinates, they’ve found 2 of the 3 reported venators’ wreckage. The 3rd fell towards a nearby planet so the 34th sent down its unit to investigate the crash site. After reaching and landing on the planet’s surface, establishing an outpost, and sending out search parties, they would find a cave. The 34th would enter the cave and would encounter CIS droid forces and would engage in harsh fighting down the cave. The 34th would come out victorious and recover survivors which included the Admiral.

2: Ambush
Republic Intelligence has reported the finding of a CIS mining facility and determined to be of top priority to destroy the facility. Republic Intelligence also calculated that resistance would be somewhat stiff but due to interference with CIS jamming and the airspace being watched by AA, intel couldn’t get a solid picture of the surface. Nevertheless the 34th would be assigned with the mission. After arriving at the planet’s orbit, there doesn’t seem to be any CIS ships within the airspace. 34th forces are sent down to the planet surface to conduct an air assault on a CIS FOB nearby the mining facility. The assault is successful with about a platoon’s worth of CIS forces KIA. An acclamator would send down an IFT-X and a TX-130 to help ensure complete destruction of the mining facility. After reaching the facility however, there’s not a soul or droid in sight. The orbiting venators and acclamators would receive a serge of hyperspace readings and would see several CIS Star Frigates coming out of hyperspace. The Republic and CIS are locked into fierce combat while ground forces are now receiving what has transpired. Ground command quickly order’s their combat engineers to build fortification and anti-air turrets. Ground command also would make sure everyone has assumed defensive formations as this would be the fight for their lives.

3: Prevention
Anaxes base’s AI reports disturbances throughout the outer walls. The base commander tasks the CG detachment with checking out the disturbances and would encounter a 4-droid team of BX commandos. CG would eliminate and retrieve the team leader’s head for analysis. Further analysis shows that the team was to plant beacons for bombers to locate the Anaxes base and bombard it. It has also been relieved that there are other teams of commando droids setting up staging areas and placing beacons for targets of importance. It’s clear that an invasion of Anaxes will come after these commando droid teams complete their tasks. Areas include the desert region, arctic region, and agricultural (forest) region. 34th Command would divide and task detachments of the 212th, 104th, 41st, and SOB to eliminate the teams of commandos before the incoming CIS fleet has it easy with invading Anaxes.

4: Breakout
A prison’s warden on Anaxe’s moon has reported that a prison riot has occurred and the CG detachment are unable to control the situation. The prisoners have been reported to have armed themselves after reaching the armory and currently have the detachment of CG pinned down. The 34th Battle Group has been tasked with containing the riot before any of the prisoners escape the moon. The 34th reach the moon and successfully contain the riot but unfortunately 2 prisoners escaped before the 34th have even landed on the moon’s surface. Fortunately the spacecraft the prisoners used had an active beacon and would be traced to a city on the planet of Axum. The 34th would arrive at the city and would go on a manhunt for the 2 escapees.

5: Quick Reaction
34th Command receives a distress call from Commodore Tyga stating his venator, the Spectre is actively being boarded by CIS and that their two escort ships have been obliterated but the call is cut moments later due to jamming interference. 34th Command traces the call signal and dispatches the Battle Group to the Spectre’s last known coordinates. Once exiting hyperspace, the Spectre has been located as well as the CIS Providence-class destroyer that was boarding. Something seemed off as both ships were drifting in space with the engines off. Two boarding parties were formed, one to board the side hanger bay of the Spectre (A) and another to board the Providence-class (B). Bravo Team encountered light resistance while about a squad of droids within the hanger. Soon enough, Bravo would capture the entire ship. Alpha team landed in the side hanger bay where they encountered not a single droid or soul. Alpha proceeds further into the venator when they countered a clone trooper fighting a B1 droid. Though this trooper was different, the trooper seemed to be already dead. After countless missions, the troopers of the 34th determined it was another one of those zombie-like creatures. They’d engage and tread cautiously while they proceeded further into the venator. Bravo would be informed of the situation and would board the Spectre to assist Alpha. The 34th troopers would find survivors and would proceed to purge the venator of all infected. After further investigation, it would be determined that the Spectre’s troopers were infected by some parasite after returning from a mission and the majority of the CIS droids that boarded the Spectre would be dismantled by the infected.

^ This could be a bit concerning but other then that I see your application as an acceptable one. I like Muzzle even though we barely talk. +1 from me.
