Why should we choose you over other applicants?

Why should I be part of the Game Master team? After all I only have 125 hours! Well I think I would be an exceptional Game Master for multiple reasons. I am sure I could list 6-7 reasons why I am a good fit for GM but for the sake of my fingers and the sake of your eyes I am going to narrow it down to my top 2 reasons. The first reason is my climbing hours and willingness to change for the better. My second reason is my dedication to helping RP and this server in general.

I am sure some people are going to look at my playtime and think that it is bad. I am here to say that even though I have a fresh 126 hours that I have plenty of experience especially considering that 126 was in the span of about 3 weeks. That equates to around 6 hours of StarwarsRP a day! Not to mention the many more to come reaching 1000,2000, hell maybe even 5000! I would also like to let it be known that I am a human and I make mistakes, I am not perfect and I have gotten in trouble in the past. What makes me stand out thought is that after a big fuckup I don't give up or keep letting it happen, I learn my lesson and work hard at changing my behavior, outlook, and my attitude towards others. Some of you know me mostly from my erratic behavior and disruptive nature, but I have been working hard to be doing my best and keeping positive and respectful at all times, in and out of Garnet Gaming.

Another reason I would be a good fit is my need for helping other players RP and this servers population. Game Masters are the backbone of this server, without them there would basically be nothing going on and this server would sit at a fat 0 players. When I heard that the GM team was short staffed I was immediately on it the moment I hit 125 hours. I hope to be just the extra push to get this server to 60+ players. I want to be the one who supports the GM team and keeps this server at full active. I want a new players experience to be rich and filled with a wonderful experience with immersive RP and welcoming players to keep them coming back again and again and again.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I was banned on DarkRP a while ago for MassPropSpam. long story short it isn't funny to spam sinks and say "let that sink in"
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I honestly don't 100% know as I have school and a new job but I wanna say about 18ish hours a week. More if I can.

In your own words, what  are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: To keep the players engaged in the RP experience and feel like they are "actually there." The main structure for what all of this server is built upon.

Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: Keep as active as I can so there is never a dull moment on this server. If another GM needs help with something you bet I will be on my way to do the best I can to help them.

Explain your single most creative idea for contributing to the RP environment of the server: Create events for all types of players, FPS events, serious outbreak events, using all types props, NPC's and entities that no one has even considered using. For example I want to make an event where it is basically a "search and rescue" but all of the sudden the mission is sabotaged by the CIS and the entire compound is set on fire, The troopers will have to navigate through the fire while keeping the hostage safe and taking out any droids they see on the way.

Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas of any scale: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation]

(more in depth of what was said above) 1. Operation save P.Quinn: After the mysterious disappearance of Admiral P.Quinn we get call from someone unknown saying they want 3 LAATs, 1 ATTE, and 500K or the Admiral will be executed. Due to budget cuts it looks like our only hope is to take out the mysterious person and rescue the Admiral without being spotted, a stealth mission if you say. All well as we clear through the base completely hidden and we come upon a cell with the Admiral trapped in it. Everything is fine as we try to get the admiral out except when you hear about a bomb that is on the main entrance to the base that will blow in 2 minutes, but it will take at least another 5 to get the Admiral out so you need to find a way to disarm it, but no, there is no way you could make it there on time. Your only hope is to take cover and hope for the best. BOOM! everyone is fine, the base, not so much. The place starts to get flooded with droids and there is fire everywhere. There is no way to turn back so you have to push through the base trying to be swift but safe as to not get the Admiral hurt or your self. After a bare escape we head back to Anaxes and the Admiral is rushed to MedBay where base medics will treat his sever cuts and burns. (TLDR; Quinn gets kidnaped and base blows up)

(specific high pop, 40+ players) 2. Seek and destroy: We get word that there is a small camp of CIS so 41st is sent on a patrol. They arrive at the location and all there is is a data pad with coordinates. Shortly after returning the data pad to the navy, the navy decides to send all troopers to that location no knowing what is in store for them. Once they arrive at the location they find a trail of blood and follow it to a massive opaque door with a console. At this point you hear lots of chatter and rumbling so it is most likely best to get to safety. 3... 2... 1... The door opens revealing a massive camp with droids upon droids upon droids, 2 MTT's, 3 droid tri-fighters, 1 AAT, and to top it off a vulture droid. Noooooooope they close the door and we set up fortifications while a select few go retrieve an ATTE, a TX-130, and 2 ARC-170's. Everyone in place? Good. Open the door. This is going to be a hard fought fight (and will most likely need lots of players) but it will all be worth it as inside the base we find a micro black hole, Just the thing we need to power Anaxes after the shortage from the generator dying out. EOD help transport it back and the engineers plant it inside the generator. voilà Anaxes is back up and running perfectly! (TLDR; shoot shoot bang bang, oh have some energy)

(specific medium pop, 20-30 players) 3. outbreak: A normal base attack starts and its pretty easy to get under control. But while all of you are fighting a secret little droid who gets in. Obviously that droid is easily taken care of by an Event Character, but when that droid dies a weird liquid spews all over the place and starts burning that EC. He cries for help in /comms but he can't see and no one can help him but listen as he burns alive in /comms. Moments later, after the base attack ends, the EC rises up and starts walking around (using ALT). Someone will spot him and all of GF have been notified to comms in if you find the EC who was being burn alive. So they /comms in that they found him and navy gives the halt not to fire unless being attacked and to wait for them to get over there so they can figure out what is going on. The EC seems pretty hospitable until that person gets just oh so close and it starts sprinting full force at them and attacking them. This is where it all starts to form together. More acid, more dead, and more coming back. This is gained word and navy tells everyone to head to bunks immediately and to not let any one in under any circumstances. Shortly after the power goes out and a small group of people who volunteer to go turn it on head out and are heavily armed and told to "shoot anything that moves." They head to gen room and while they do that they are oblivious to the infected headed to the bunks. Well the power does get turned on but the infected have found a way to break the keypads and enter the bunks. It is all survival of the fittest from there. This event can end in 2 ways. 1: if there are more than 10 people alive they will band together and exterminate all of the infected then take them to medbay to figure out a cure for the infection to bring the people back to their regular selves. Or 2: if there are sub 10 people left they will run to escape Anaxes and grab a LAAT. There they will fly away to Venetor (everyone's favorite map) and will call in the gassing of Anaxes, where specialty gas bombs will be set off in Anaxes that would instantly kill any living person but does the exact opposite to the undead. The gas then clears out and it is safe to return to home where we see everyone is operating as usual. Lets hop that never happens again foreshadowing. (TLDR; mass outbreak that can end in 2 ways)

(specific low pop, 10-15 players) 4. Somewhere far: Anaxes gets a message in Morse code from a far away planet. Engineers will work together to figure out the message (this will be like wheel of fortune style where they have to guess letters to spell out the message after rolling and the letters are as follow 1-50 = ABCDEFGHIJKLM and 51-100 = NOPQRSTUVWXYZ). The message tells them a Pilot has crashed, where they crashed, and how they crashed. They go to the location and find it is ridden with bugs (including Headcrabs, Antlions, Antlion guards, and a strider all the way in the back). After executing them all the clones head back to the Landing Zone. Though when the Pilot sent the message Anaxes wasn't the only one it was sent to. This was all set up by the Pilot who is part of the CIS (this was hinted at in the message because it was signed SIC or CIS backwards). The Pilot yells out and drop pods start falling from the sky and droids start attacking. Once all the droids are dealt with the Pilot is sent to the brig for questioning. They get a few thing out of him before they start asking some serious questions where the Pilot consumes a Booster Blue and dies. (TLDR; Distress signal turns out to be a setup)

(specific dead pop, 5 or below players) Somewhere in the halls:  Everything is going as normal in Anaxes when they hear a loud screeching sound out side. Someone is sent out to check it out and they get bum rushed by a shadow figure. Beaten up they run back to base and alert everyone. He is sent to medbay where he is treated for his wounds. They hear it again *screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeech* and before you know it the figure is back, fast, and is attacking everyone. This will require some strategy as this thing is almost impossible to shoot. This one will be left to the players on how they want to take out this creature (or if they even just want to lure it off anaxes) but whatever strategy they come up with they will recive the tool needed for it. (TLDR; this one isn't long just read it lazy)

I hope you enjoyed this, I had fun making it. That is all ❤️

Shizzle is a funny and good guy but his behavior is what concerns me and is what is holding me back from giving him a +1. Shizzle I heavily suggest acting more mature in game but other than that its a good app.

I agree that I could work on my behavior, as it is though (and someone else can correct me if I'm wrong) it wont hold me back from trying hard to get work done. Nor has it recently gotten me in big trouble. I like to joke around and that quite frankly won't ever change, that is not saying that I am unable to buckle down and do what I need to. It is kind of hard to see this as I don't have a "working role." I understand this may not change your mind but if I do get accepted I can tell you that I will not disappoint.

Accepted!

Honestly, I love your attitude and it shows real promise in what makes a good GM. I can't wait to see your contribution to the GM team, your ideas are creative, you're dedicated, and most importantly you have the willingness to own up to your mistakes and improve while still being true to yourself. Welcome to the GM team man, remember not to utilize your GM powers until after you've been trained!
