How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

First and foremost I want to expand my role within the community and believe I am a good fit to do so, I’ve built solid friendships with a large portion of the player base and I really want to give back to the people that have given me a lot of good times on the server. I want to be able to help my Rangers but also assist others in making sure tryouts run smoothly by setting jobs/teleporting people etc. As a former high ranking officer in 11A I know what its like to manage a faction and keeping control of both newer and older player and communicate in a way that’s clear to everyone about what goes on. In doing so making sure that people still have a good time and can enjoy the server within the rules that are in existence. 

Over the past year that ive been part of this community I’ve only ever had a good time and the only thing that really frustrates me is when I get on earlier in the day (European time) there is a lack of admins on to help you do fun stuff with the people that get on early, not saying anyone is inactive its just not a lot of pop during the days for me. I feel like I could really help out in that department. Furthermore, I do see myself as a good role model especially during those early hours when I train new recruits, show them around the map and making sure that they settle in nicely and understand the rules of the server and that there is usually something to do even though there may not be a lot of people active.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Activity has its ups and downs, due too uni and work, but usually I’m able to play atleast a couple of hours a day most days of the week.

+1 Maxi is been in Rangers forever, wants to take initiative within. Very mature dude, has a great relationship on the US side. A little concerned about the relationship Tali side but that can be worked on. All in all good person, would be a great addition to the staff team.

La Roux really is a great guy, I believe he could be a good fit within the staff team. If I had known he was making an application I would have for sure gave him a recommendation.
