I mean theyre are many of ways this couldve went, and I believe this doesnt look like a diss to me due to the fact couldve been “such a pussy” as in a great pussy u hit last night, or “such a pussy” as in saying something is a pussy and not a person. Clearly did not state what it was about, in my opinion it is not a diss in ooc warn.

I think this is retarded, as you admitted to wanting to call someone a pussy or coward, meaning that's still a diss. -1, the warn can stay.

He was mid raid: someone countered and he proceeded to say what is seen in this screenshot below. (highlighted)

I talked to Abides about and he said that yes he would've warned, but usually only if the player complained about it or took offense.

Just because you don't state their name, and you are OBVIOUSLY pointing it at the player who countered you, does not mean you're not disrespecting them.

This isn't RDM it doesn't need to be reported its just if there is a diss its a warning. Its kinda like saying nigger in OOC. It doesn't need to be reported they just get warned.

the screenshot shows him start raiding then getting countered at about 6:06:05. Then dieing at around 6:06:13 THEN insulting him at 6:06:18. This Shows that the insult was clearly directed at Hiads.

You just posted a picture contradicting yourself. Abides says it is technically a diss but it is still a diss. Making it a warnable offense. This is the same situation when a staff member asks if the reporter wants the reportee warned. It ultimately doesnt matter what the reporter says it's up to the staff member.  Also, Abides says "usually" meaning he sometimes would warn for it Proving its a valid warn.

Explain How i was trying to get someone out of a warn? It was my simple opinion, after later he stated that he meant it to a person so yes, the warn should stay. I mean if the report wasnt on KR1M, neither you nor grace wouldnt of responded, just saying.
