Howdy y'all, well I can give a little insight into my career, to support my staff application. When I was 17 years old I started my information technology and audiovisual Company. Been doing it full-time for the past 3 years. Have a few contractors working for me and I love what I do. Here recently probably 6 months ago I started a server hosting company called typical server, there's two sides to it there's the server hosting that I use for my existing clientele of Cannon system design. And then the other half of it is the gaming community I have started. We have Gmod servers, minecraft, counter-strike, project zomboid, rust. & have approximately 120 members in the gaming community. My roommate runs that Gaming Community I really just play on Garry's Mod though in my free time which is approximately 8 to 9 hours a week sometimes more. I'm not looking to advertise or anything of that nature. I honestly just have my Gaming Community as a form of passive income. I really just get on Gary's mod to relieve stress from my main job Cannon system design. I have a lot of experience when it comes to back in server management, Discord servers, network engineering etc.

I really love the community of Garnet gaming I've had no issues with any of the admins in my 320 Plus hours of playing on the server in the last 3 months. You may ask yourself why I'm wanting to become an admin. I was home schooled growing up and honestly just a really chill laid back kind of guy. And a good old Texan. But see a lot of racism and toxic people in today's culture. It saddens me to see my generation grow up and behave in this manner. Just wanting to do my part and hopefully pour into some people and become a positive influence in their life. Not really to just go around Banning everyone that commits Mass RDM. And hopefully to sit down and talk to them and see how they're doing. There's also so much suicide in the age group from 14 to 23. Such a vulnerable part in kids life, hopefully we can do our part and create a safe environment for everyone.

    Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details. I've never been banned, with the exception of being impersonated by someone else while i was afk. Which caused me to be perm banned I made a appeal it was accepted 9 hours after the ban.

Also didn't even read the staff rules. Which seems so bizzare as apparently another server owner to not due the initial due dilligance of actually reading the staff rules.

Reply: (Hama) in regards to staffing on another server, I'm the owner of the community and the physical server and pay someone else to run it and manage everything I never deal with it. Plus if anything that gives me experience. So technicality I'm not a staff member I'm the owner. Higher-ups please advise the relevancy.

In my professional opinion I believe that rule is only in place to ensure staff members will actually be involved and frequently be online. & not busy. Please advise.

Ahhhh after looking more in depth into the staff rules and the forms it seems I had missed a rule. Da da daaaaa. 

 

(When applying for staff, in the field: "Did you read the staff rules:" the response should be your in-game-name, IE: "Did you read the staff rules: {GG} Garnet".)

 

Well I have dyslexic does that count.

 

It doesn't help that I applied for this on my phone with small text. LOL
