Add a search bar to /whitelist

I've suggested this before on Discord but I've been advised to post it on the forum aswell.

I know this wont be relevant for many players, but I'd really like to have a search bar for the /whitelist UI (Annex 1). We pretty much already have something of the sort working with the /report UI (annex 2) so I believe this won't be too hard to implement. That's all.
