Admins should be held to a higher standard than players, if a player would get in trouble because of this I would hope that an admin would too!

While this isn't necessarily something I would personally punish a player for, I can see your point of view that this is something a staff member should avoid saying.

While the comment Maddox made was not directly intended to cause distress or disrespect to any particular individual, racism & racial discrimination in any form will not be tolerated on our servers; Especially from our own staff team, and specifically from a staff member who has previously held the rank of Lead Admin.
I've discussed the matter with our management team, who has found Maddox's actions worthy of a two week ban from the Garnet Gaming DarkRP server. 

Additionally, Maddox will be spoken to by Management for his behaviour and representation of the staff team.
