The average sit count was 27, and most staff members didn't even get that much. If you expect to be promoted, you need to at least be hitting 30. That is 1 sit a day. This is more for those who are below Head Mod. Head Mod+ requires more, such as helping balancing severely outnumbered wars, which was an issue again this month. Those who were promoted either did a lot of sits or actually cared about balancing wars and consistently swapped to the outnumbered side without having to be told to do so. That is what is known as integrity, which is a major factor that I have been and will be looking for in those that get promoted to the higher ranks. This is something that should be natural for any community member, but the standard is higher for staff members.
