Sauce fat good boi fubar was outside of spawn shooting at people and I arrested him, he cried to the moderator who literally let him off free. Even admitted he was shooting at people and shouldn't be arrested for it. What kind of an admin plays the game shooting a gun around and crying when he gets arrested? As someone who donated my money to the server it's pathetic how you have someone who's looked up to in a sense "senior admin" throwing a tantrum when he gets arrested for shooting a gun in public.

Anything that would not result in damage being taken is not RP reasons to kill someone. You're telling me it's normal DARKRP etiquette to be shooting at people and having a gun out in public? You might as well punish me for the other 5-10 people that I arrested for shooting and having guns out. In what universe is it acceptable to have a gun out and shoot at people in DarkRP? The other 9 people didn't complain about it. Maybe because they aren't an admin abusing their power to get out of a 180 minute jail sentence. Grow up dude. It's the first rule on your god damn website

You arrested Good Boi for shooting his gun, which at the time there was no law against doing so. infact, you changed the story and said that he was shooting at people. I warned you for RDA, and Diss in sit for calling us the word you did. i see nothing wrong with the punishment i gave you.

DENIED

After reviewing the information provided from each party, I have concluded that Fat Good Boi did not say or do anything that violates the server/staff rules.  In order to make arrests for having weapons out & shooting wepaons, there must be a Mayor online who has added a law that says such is not allowed; In the provided evidence, there was no mayor and therefore no reason to make an arrest. 

Police may arrest players who damage others without proper provocation, but FGB did no damage according to the video provided within this post or in the admin sit in-game.
