What happened? (include any proof): there was a hobo town and i made a radio for it and played music and i had to go for a bit so i want afk and left it going i came back then i got banned

Hi. I'm the one who banned you for NITRP. You were media-mic spamming as a citizen (you must be DJ) in the tunnels (cannot build in the tunnels and you were not a hobo) surrounded by invisible props (invisible props are not allowed). You were gagged 3 times, the first two for five minutes, the third for 20 (though I only have screenshots of you gagged twice). There was no "hobo town" at the time you were banned, and you were not AFK at the time of your ban. While none of these rule breaks are necessarily a 'big deal' I saw that you were not afk when I banned you, so I took that as indication that you were not willing to comply with the server rules.

When I was on earlier you were doing this same thing, so it doesn't surprise me that this happened;

When you are given a gag, warning, or instruction to stop doing something, please change your behavior.
For building on the street as a citizen, using invisible props, and media micspamming as a citizen, 

I find your NITRP ban to be valid and the ban will remain.
