What happened? (include any proof): afk and i got pinged in a discord saying that i was warned for rdm because the staff member used name not id, i would like it removed since it is false

100% True ID’d the wrong name, this warn was not meant for him. I did put in a request for it to be removed right after I did it, only to now realize no managers
