What happened? (include any proof): Not Dog has been attempted rdming me here and there (throwing nerve gas into the street/shooting me as I walk up to his dj base), I figure I'd report since I believe he probably shouldn't be doing that as a staff member.

In the first clip, your friend shot at me, so I threw a nerve gas at him it's your own fault you decided to sit in the nerve gas. 

and then the second clip you shot at me. and then you came back playing loud music, so I shot at you to kill you but then I changed my mind I'm like no I'm going to let you live correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello. I was the one handling the sit. Logs did not go back that far as Dog was claiming that it had happened a long time ago. I will say that it is technically still ARDM x1 with the nerve gas Dog used because he was saying that your friend shot him, HOWEVER, this is clearly not intended for you and was not on purpose, all the while you make zero effort to escape the situation. As far as the second video goes, because Dog was claiming that you shot first, I'm going to say that you need to supply further evidence on your case since you were using a software to record. That's my staffing pov. Otherwise, I don't see why else Dog would kill you, personally.

 

I would like to apologize to you both for handling the sit kind of weirdly. I wasn't all there yesterday after I took my anxiety meds for some reason.

Hello, after reviewing the footage, in the instance of the "nerve gas" clip, it turns out Not dog was actually trying to get back at someone who killed him. In the video you see him break nlr to come and throw nerve gas.

In the second instance, I am seen vibing for a while to some break core music,I approach his dj Build and I am instantly met with a flurry of bullets for no reason.

Based off the evidence you have provided Dog will be getting warned ingame for 2xARDM.
However generally, reports regarding 1-2 rules broken should be handled in-game in order for logs to accurately be gathered by online staff members, if you should like to report a recurring pattern of rulebreaking over a longer period of time, at that point, it should come to the forums, but only if you have the evidence to back it up. Miscellaneous claims can be taken up with any member of the executive team, myself or merk especially, in DMs or Forum PMs
