What happened? (include any proof): I mean it was only a verbal warning but I dont think i shouldve gotten a warning what so ever. I was reported for rdm. the person that reported me killed my party member(s) so I killed him. I was told that I had to be in the general area in order for it to be not rdm. I was told it was in the rules but I went to go look and I saw nothing in the rules explicitly stating that I had to be in the general area. the only thing stated was that I can only kill someone if they killed my party member(s). I see this as a faulty training or a staff not knowing the rules. I'm not sure I was lied to about rules of the server.

I'm gonna mark this as denied because there's really not much to be done here. DONTTOUCHMYFROG was obviously confused on a rule, sure, but he didn't punish you so I'm not too worried about his behavior during that report. He said he vebally warned you because you were causing trouble on the server, and judging by your warns it's rather evident that you were.

Regardless, Frog has been spoken to and the party rules have been made more clear for him, he's a trial moderator and slip-ups are bound to happen, I see no reason to take this any farther than a clarification. Thank you for your time.
