What happened? (include any proof): I was doing the usual cruising around on the server when a lockdown happened so i start running around trying to get to my base and a cop Reeeedux had tried to arrest me so i gunned him down not thinking anything of it continued playing for a couple more minutes then i logged off and went to go do something IRL and i come back a couple hours later to see that i am banned for RDM+LTAP and am very confused as to why because ive had reports claimed for RDM BY Sts Orion where the person who was reported has logged off and all i am told is that "oh theres nothing i can do about it since they've logged off" i do not think its fair to pick and choose who gets punished and who doesn't orion knows i will log back on and had absolutely no reason to just up right ban me when i am a active member AND donator just like himself no matter what his opinion of me is. Hes a mod opinion does not and should not factor into what any punishment should be so if i could get unbanned and taken into the sit like a normal player on the server would be much appreciated. Thank you sorry for the long message wish it didnt have to be this way but some people like to abuse their authority.

Thank you for your appeal. After a careful review by our Operator Division, we have decided to remove/lift your ban. The decision to remove your ban and accept your appeal is due, but not limited to, the following:

Orion did provide a clip of the logs showing that you did leave a minute afterwards and that you did rdm.

But you do bring a valid point, we, a lot of the time, can't punish a person while they're not in game.

But when we ban for LTAP it is when they are already in a sit, so although the short time gap between you rdming, and then leaving, anything can happened.

For future references Orion, you may save the evidence for the day so if he does come back after the sit is over you may punish him.

PBNJ you will be receiving a warn in game like I mentioned in our chat.
