What happened? (include any proof):

An ex member of our clan who goes by FeaR Cappy has been harassing me as well as other people in the group after a interaction on discord about how he believe that HSR would not exist or be known in anyway if he wasn't around which we believed that we left on good terms. After this exchange he began to prop block signs advertising that were were buying printers multiple times even after have a mod remove them and telling him to stop. During this time he would place text screens in front of our base and text screens at our base and near spawn that said "smoking on that HSR pack" as well as constantly PMing us saying the same thing. A few days after this started he tried to inside us by making another alt which i have no evidence of besides a tip from someone we were on neutral terms with, he proceeded to try this again a second time on March 3rd.
