What happened? (include any proof): Phantom told ethan to perma ban me
Why should your ban be removed?: I was never banned. I have no reason to be banned. I never evaded a ban. This is just a misunderstanding and a general dislike of me by one of the mods.

This is my ban history, as was provided in a previous conversation with a mod.

And then this is the story, pretty much i was perma banned on teamspeak, ethan knew i was perma banned on something, but didnt know what, so he asked phantom, and phantom didnt know either, but has a general dislike of me, so he told me to perma me for ban evasion, because they saw me on the MRP server.

I know i have been petty in the past, especially about the donator kit, but when that whole thing went down, I didnt have a job, and that $25 meant the world to me, now i do, and i just plain dont give a shit anymore. Its been about 8 months since this all went down. I have matured, and would love to be able to participate on the server again. I have a few friends on the server that i miss. I am not asking for rank back or anything, I am just asking for an unban, because i was wrongfully banned.

To be honest you got a permaban for a threat of chargeback and then you get on the server to ban evade. And say in the appeal you were never banned? It was a valid ban so if the Super Admin decided that your ban is permanent then it is permanent! I don't think it was a wrongful ban.

Its a muddy situation, but  honestly from what I quickly glanced over with your post history and stuff, you've not been the most easiest guy to aproach.
Also, I mean if Garnet was the one to issue the perm ban on you, your pretty much out of luck.

In my opinion if it was for a reason that garnet did the ban then it’d be up to him completely, the down side is though is that you were quite a toxic player and caused a lot of trouble with nco’s and officers, and in the chance that you have changed and are a better person then itd be cool to see you back.

I was not perma banned for threat of chargeback, i got a 2 day to calm down.

We have a very valid reason to keep you banned, and it is purely for your toxicity. If Garnet wants you unbanned, he can overrule this, but I do not believe you deserve an unban.
