I was warned by Chubzz for RDM without a proper sit.

 

What happened? (include any proof):

I was letting anyone who had the bloods job come into our base, Everyone was warned that if anything went missing or anybody was caught stealing anything, they would either get KOS or kicked out.

This one guy starts stealing money from our printers and everybody starts shooting at him.

I kill him and go about my buisness.

Next thing I know I'm teleported to a sit so I ask the admin in text chat to use text chat due to me having my speakers unplugged and across my room.

I asked him 3-4 times before getting warned and removed from the sit.

HES A VIP MOD? I thought he was an actual staff, and do to this being my second hour on this server and my first sit EVER. I am very appauled to be treated this way and I will be quitting the server if this isn't handled accordingly.

I have a few screenshots of the chats of me asking for this VIP MOD Chubzz to use text chat. very disappointed

Me getting warned, than I called for a second sit in which you can see I told him I have to plug my speakers in.

After that we talked, than he referenced me a link here.

There was a third sit, in which again I was told to post here. So here it is WITH THE SCREENSHOTS

Why should your warn be removed?:

Chubzz deserves some type of talking to. This is bullshit and honestly I don't know if I will continue my time on this server due to this issue. Even in the end, if I did RDM. HE DID NOT TALK TO ME.

(and no I did not RDM and he would've understood that if he did, as one of his later arguments is "You RDM'd its in the logs"...)

Not valid unless it's on a sign with 40+ font size. I agree with chubzz without his side already as you obviously didn't read the rules that popped up regarding KOS.

You're obviously not all that familiar with the rules and you were just warned nothing is done verbally. All rp actions must be adverted with things like Kos and building on signs.

I can STEAL from people and than call on them for RDM? because they don't have a sign or didn't warn me?

I'm familiar with the rules, I can go over them again. Look at the picture.

 

The sit was handled incorrectly eitherway

He does have to advert steal, yes.

Yeah, if you didn't have a KOS sign, you can't enforce your warnings to players about stealing. However, you don't need a KOS sign if he steals from your shit.

So, the KOS sign thing is irrelevant in this situation because you can KOS someone who steals from you, same as you could for a mug or raid.

 

I think Chubzz could have handled this better. In your screenshots, it doesn't show that he was typing in chat, which he should have if he wanted to actually do the sit right. You've gotta get both sides of the sit, and from what I can see, he did not do that.

Btw, logs do not show RDM. They show damage, kills, etc. and Chubzz would only have been able to see that you killed him, and would not be able to see that he took money from the printers(doesn't show interaction with entities). 

 

Btw @Dr Turtle KOS sign doesn't matter, but the party thing might. Was the printer(s) that was stolen from yours, OP? If not, were you in a party?

If you were in a party and the printers weren't yours, you're good. If not, then you RDMed. If the printers were yours, the question is irrelevant.
