He's at the very least encouraging spam of ooc with no gamemasters participation or perms from GM. As far as him raiding your base, if it wasn't a false warrant, and you did have printers visible. Not much any operator could do about that. Clark, weren't you once staff? Everyone knows targetting is one of the hardest rules to prove and one of the hardest to enforce, especially when it's in rp like this. Not really a staff report just a reason to dislike shadow. Sure I also dislike shadow but the worst I see here is an unsaintcioned event. (I'm taking a hiatus from OPs but, you know, this isn't a GM approved event so I thought I'd comment)

As this was a console ban, I think it's best to let @Garnet make the decision on this appeal. I'm sure other operators will agree. Personally, I have no issue with you. Several people were caught off guard with this and you'd be the one I was the most surprised to see involved. You were good staff, hopefully you guys can work something out.

Ａｃｃｅｐｔｅｄ I see a clear lack of evidence in this report, along with some insight from aprah. I see no evidence that this wasn't KOS, and no I'll intent. The kills are also much more spaced out then a typical case of MassRDM, which also leads me to believe that this ban wasn't properly handled. @Spilq2 may be able to unban you. If not another staff capable may upon seeing this. I will also follow up with Childers about this situation. @eXg-Buddha @Alex Conway Lock this one up, will ya?

This should be an interesting case for precident. I will leave it for another operator to decide. I've always enforced NLR as returning to the area, which food does. It would be different if it was another base on main Street or in an area where it's very common to be in, but this isn't one of those cases. It looks like a clear NLR imo. That's still a case of NLR. Wait out your 3 minutes at the very least. I would be doubtful of this if it was 3 or 4 instances of NLR, but the logs provided show significantly more then that. Imo, this is a valid ban but evidence is, all over the place, to say the very least. -1 There's no reason for you to return unless you wanted to test those who would kill you for breaking nlr.

DENIED This post alone tells me all I need to know. Arks evidence alone wasn't enough, however you do admit to what he banned you for. Unfortunately, RDM is RDM regardless of you being friends or not. However, @Ark3 this report scares me. You need to ensure you roof people you ban, especially in this instance. (Not a perma, or propblock spawn) In addition, the logs provided don't show much and if he hadn't essentially confessed this would have been accepted due to lack of proof. I said you left after the report was placed, not that you left during the sit. Leaving after breaking the rules constitutes LTAP. LTAP means leaving to avoid punishment. This probably should've been a 3 week ban but I already reduced it. I believe the current ban is more then fair,

The only rule relating to KOS/AOS in PD is: Only the Mayor can create the KOS sign for the PD, if there is no mayor, then the Police Chief, if there is no Police Chief or Mayor, you may not have a KOS sign. Killing a player is far easier than re-arresting, especially with all the issues from people doing this. This is fairly exploitable as people have been able to get jail times in the negatives by doing this. I could've done a ban for massrda/ltap, which is 3 weeks, or even an exploiting ban. @Ark3 did you have anything from this? From what I remember you kept rearresting ark while he was in jail. I took screenshots but you left immediately after the report was placed. I'm not at the house where this evidence is located but ark may still have some. I will make the drive home to try to grab this evidence for you.

I like the idea, but I think this system would be better used in the hobo job already implemented. Let the hobos dumpster dive!

Son (SOAB)

I've seen it manipulated with stacking and other things that essentially make it a one way material. Many users add props on top of the fences to deflect bullets and then stack another fading door on said prop. Many materials also allow for a similar issue when they're compounded. Currently, it's a level playing field with no chance of manipulation so I'm going to need to -1.
