-1 sorry but i don't think you would be that great saying you are constantly either being a minge or just being disrespectful to people or ignoring commands all the time i dont think it would be good to have you on the gm team too with that -

-1 As Conway stated you cannot seem to follow Basic Rules and I don't think you are up to the standard Quality to be a GM -
+1 I know you might not be the best at knowing the rules but if you would really try to understand at least some of them i think you should have a chance at it -
I believe over the past few weeks, Puffy has given a great deal to change his mingey ways, which he did quite well, and personally become a completely different person who understands and values what he is told. +1 goodluck brother
