DENIED After careful review of your report and the events pertaining/involved, as well as deliberation with the Operator Division: We have decided that your report has been denied at this time. This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons: The clip I was sent shows that you had already been verbally warned to not spam staff chat. Also, considering you weren't arrested and were fully capable of making a report when you spammed staff chat the second time (you were already in the sit even), your request has been denied. Bottom line, even though it's currently bugged to where you can't make a report while arrested, once warned to not spam staff chat, you should have stopped. Thank you for your report, as well as the effort you have put into your report. -
