Who are you reporting? Echos (Alstofo was the person who banned me) but echos was the person who got me banned. (include any proof): Echos reported me for killing him because to him its rdm while you are escaping a jail cell and no where in the rules does it say I have to put a sign to kos when someone is escaping. He as a admin told me false information. Rules say "You may not kill arrested players unless they are out of their jail cell". But he said its rdm and I need a kos sign but unless Im blind i looked and read the rules no where it mentions it for PD workers. Im not here to make enemies im just confused why would a admin tell me false info about the rules. -

Although you meet the playtime requirements, and read the staff rules, your paragraphs need some work, and you do not meet the age requirements. I suggest, working on your application some more, adding onto your paragraphs, stay out of trouble, and in the future when you meet the age requirements reapply if you are still interested. -

-1 - Min age is 15 to apply without a ref from a manager+ - three active warns is too many for me, I would want to see those become inactive before I support an application. - refs are for current staff only - sentences are incomplete and end just to hit a sentence count to be two paragraphs (which it is not) "you should choose me as a staff member over other applicants because." is not a sentence. overall, you need to spend more time on your app and speak to a manager+ about possibly being able to apply before you meet the age requirement. -
neutral + playtime -age +rules - paragraphs tom I think you would be a great staff member and you seam like a good kid. The thing is your paragraphs are super short add a little fluff them up a little and this would be an easy plus 1 from me.
