DENIED After looking at the video FGB posted in his reply, I don't see why he should get in trouble. He didn't do anything wrong. Should he have gone to Discord and asked for help since he's a clan member? Yes, but not every staff member is sitting at their computer waiting for someone to ask for help with sits; we all have lives outside of this server. I would have stayed to take the sit if I had known it would have turned into this, but sadly, I had an emergency. I also understand where you are coming from; you didn't want to wait for action to happen. You wanted it to happen immediately, but from the video I watched, Mr. O was AFK, and FGB was giving him a chance to come back before taking action, which is what we do all the time. FGB was not biased; he was doing his job as a staff member. The evidence you posted shows FGB talking to yall and the video he posted shows him responding to Dino and your questions while he waited. If you have a video that shows otherwise, I'd love to take a look, but for now my decision stands.   Thank you for your report and the effort you have put into it.

So first off, I want to clarify why I ended up claiming this report in the first place. At the time, there were only a few staff members on. Chawhead said in staff chat that he was stepping away and couldn't take sits, Gildarts was AFK, Gunner was there i think but also AFK, and Dino didn't take it because he said he was also trapped by MrOintment. I was wrapping up my previous sit, and since no other active staff members were taking the report, I stepped in so the ticket wouldn't just sit there ignored.   I do acknowledge that CFC being in my clan creates a conflict of interest. Looking back, I probably should have gone to the staff Discord and asked another staff member to get on, even if it took around 10 minutes to get another one on. I understand why Azui would question my handling of the situation because of that connection, and that is something I should have handled better.   When I got to the sit, the overall tone between everyone, including Azui, was very lighthearted and casual. There was a lot of joking and small talk going on, so I initially understood the situation as everyone being relatively relaxed rather than treating the sit as a serious confrontation. Despite that, I still enforced the rules that I saw being broken.   I told CFC to fix the base layout, remove the props, and get off the alternate account because having two accounts active at the same time isn't allowed. The props were removed before anyone brought up making a forum report. As for the delay in CFC switching off the job, both Dino and Azui started asking me questions about staff matters, including what happens if a staff member gets hacked. While I was answering those questions, I was also waiting for CFC to voluntarily switch jobs like I had asked. Once it became clear that CFC was taking too long and wasn't going to do it himself, I stepped in and force set his job. I understand why Azui felt like action only happened after mentioning a staff report. That wasn't my intention. I was already addressing the rule violations before the forum report was mentioned, including the invalid props and the alt account. The timing of the job change was mainly because I was answering questions from the people involved while waiting for CFC to follow the instructions I had given him. I also want to clarify that I wasn't intentionally trying to give CFC special treatment because he is in my clan. I enforced the issues I saw during the sit and made CFC remove the props and deal with the alt account. However, I acknowledge that I should have avoided taking the report in the first place because of the clan connection if another staff member could reasonably be brought on.  Looking back, I could have handled the situation more cleanly by getting another staff member involved from the start. That would have avoided the conflict of interest and made the situation look more impartial. I take responsibility for that part of the situation. Overall, I genuinely thought everyone was joking around during the sit do to the demeanor of it, including the comments about MrOintment being the hotel manager. I wasn't seriously treating CFC or MrOintment as legitimate hotel managers or trying to ignore the situation. (include any proof): Trapped by user named mrOintment as a hotel manger. I (Azui) and Chocolate flavored cigarettes (CFC) are tenets, CFCs base is alright i guess because they own both doors and "are megabasing with permission." MrOintment has invisible props and no keypads or anything but that gets resolved by FGB(Fat Good BOI). Ointment and CFC can only move and talk at different times. When CFC stops moving then Ointment can, so its pretty obviously alts. FGB then claims that CFCs base is fine because they have permission to megabase (im sure its in the screenshots somewhere. SECOND SCREENSHOT) Both players were "Active" CFC and Ointment have jobs and have props. FGB does not tell CFC/Ointment to swap off of hotel manager and remove props until i threaten staff report (i asked if this was staff reportable because he was acting like they werent illegal alts.) anyway idk it felt bad and shitty and it felt like nothing would have happened if i didnt threaten staff report so here we are.
