(include any proof): Gildarts removed the ban evasion, or it appeared, but then it came back after my actual ban's time was over.

He has come in when I've been mayor to fail raid x2 and prop block during one of those (7/14/26) and now today (7/25/26) and yesterday (7/26/26) has prop blocked mayors office off not even as mayor either and prop minged my dj box and radio. He also when I was typing this up was stun stick abusing against me while I'm tabbed out.
