(include any proof): Ok going into this I'm well aware of being mayor gives you a target but with past behavior mixed in with breaking rules multiple times I don't believe me being mayor is an excuse. Before even getting into this report Rylan was banned just recently for rdm and toxic behavior. after the ban I believe if not mistaken a few days. Ban Database went down completely or something to allow former player base that was perm'd, one day, etc banned to join back and play. Rylan was among one of those many player who had joined back that night while I believe Gunner was taking care of everything he went to Rylan and asked him to leave which he did but that still doesn't excuse him for trying to ban evade that night which he tech did get away with as nothing came from it. (While don't have that clipped Gunner should be able to back my word on this.) (Also I know he doesn't care for the community as basically disregards if he was unbanned because its just "banned from garnet what a tragedy" condescending.) First clip he breaks NLR during his own raid he started on PD. Second clip he is teaching the lower/newer players to be toxic alongside him. Final clip is just toxicity mixed with him Attempt RDM someone else (While I know I can't report on behalf of others this is just showing same repeated behavior he was banned for to begin with). For context, i pulled you into a sit, and you were unresponsive for a good minute, and then disconnected mid sit. I checked logs and confirmed the RDM, and put in the ban. Granted it could be argued that it wasnt ltap since you seemingly were either afk or potentially got dc'd by your wifi or the server acting up. That being said, I didnt make the decision i did willy nilly, but i understand why you are upset. Also it should only be 2 days. I doubled checked the minutes per day and it is indeed only 2 days, unless my math is off
