Referral(s): Gunner, MsHaze Past experiences as staff: None on GMod, but I used to be a moderator for some discord servers / a friend's livestreams as well.  Why should we choose you over other applicants?: To start off, I believe that I am a great contender to become a staff member for the server for multiple reasons. When it comes to being a server member, I have only joined since May however, this server has been a highlight of my year. The community is amazing, and I am so grateful for the people that I have met because of this server, and I hope I have been a good member of this community as well. The main reason why I believe I would be perfect for the staff team is that I enjoy helping a lot of the newer players out. Although I am somewhat new myself, I genuinely enjoy meeting and talking to a lot of the people who join, even if they don’t stay for long. I always tell people that if they have any questions, they can always ask me, or, of course, I point them to a staff member. Whenever I log in at times after work or throughout the day during my off days, sometimes there’s not a staff member online, which usually leads to problems such as RDM, Prop-Blocking, or other things as well. Usually, I report incidents to the Discord server right away on multiple occasions. However, I do understand that the staff have lives too, such as work, college, school, etc. I believe that due to my flexible work schedule I could help out whenever most of the staff cannot, especially on weekends and towards the end of the week when the server does get a bit chaotic which unfortunately does happen a lot, and that could be a lot of work for just one person to do, so I would be more than happy to help in anyway possible, even if that means taking a bunch of sits, or helping answering unresolved questions.  If I do become a moderator, I would like to point out that I always believe people deserve second chances (depending on what said actions were), I believe everyone has the ability to change and grow, and I also believe that both sides of stories should be heard and listened to. Unfortunately, a lot of newer players (including myself) get confused with the rules at times, and I do think that sometimes they’re better off being explained than read. Another thing too is that I get how serious this is, this isn’t something to “toy” around with. This is something that should be taken seriously and shouldn’t be taken lightly. Being a staff member means being responsible, respectful, and making sure that everyone’s voices are heard, which is why I won’t ignore people’s questions or reports. Although I’m close to people on the server, I won’t let that get in my way. I think being unbiased is a challenge, but it’s something I will live up to. If a friend or someone I know on the server breaks the rules, they should be held accountable like everyone else on the server, no special privileges. I know that this isn’t compared to a GMOD sever, I moderated a few discord servers, and someone’s live streams and I know how serious it can be at times, although I know that sometimes it won’t be a serious task, such as someone asking how big their base can be, or how to keybind something, etc however even with smaller reports they should be heard and listened to as well and as I stated before I enjoy helping newer players out on the server whenever I can and I be more than happy to help out with players who are just returning for the first time in months, or players who are struggling in general. This is more of a side note, but I've been told I am friendly and easy to get along with. I know that I am quiet, but once I'm out of my comfort zone, you won't be able to get me to shut up. However, whenever I have to let someone know that hey, you screwed up and this is the punishment that you're receiving, I can be assertive no matter WHO the person might be.  I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my staff application. If so, Include details: The only punishment I have ever received, which was on here, and it was for RDM (I received a 4 minute sit, but I didn't mess around, I owned up to my mistake right away.) Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: None, this is the first time.  How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: As of right now, I work Mondays and Thursday due to some personal issues that are going on inside of my life right now, I usually work Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-AM to 2:45-PM so I can be on pretty much whenever I want to be.  If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: So outside of Gmod, or gaming in general. I like to walk, I like to explore and visit new places.
