I want to be able to work hand in hand with our GM team to help set up scenarios for the community to play through. Additionally, I want to help the community grow by being a recourse that anyone can use for information, recruiting, and help keep the toxicity/minge behavior down. I also can benefit the server by just being an older (not by much) more mature player, not participating in mingy behavior so that I can be that role model player to our newer players.   My past experience as a staff member will allow me to excel at dealing with sits. I have read the rules and know them extensively, so I will be able to make swift judgments; not only that, I know how to be fair meaning there is a time to be lenient on the rules when needed and that sometimes the hammer needs to be dropped. First off, I am a very big person on figuring things out. I don’t jump to conclusions and try to understand both sides of a disagreement. I always stay positive, even in the most demanding situations. I also try to spread positivity wherever I go because it is very contagious 🙂 I am always an active player on the server.
