Based on the situation, I believe Candy handled the situation correctly. In the future, please avoid being toxic toward other players and do not RDM. Ive also reviewed the evidence and saw that you killed multiple players, which further supports the action taken against you. My suggestion is an addon to M9K weapons. What this addon does is it adds c_hands support to every gun, including inspects.I think this would help benefit this server by adding more quality of life to the guns, because when a new player joins the server, usually they will be handed with a M9K weapon.
