As a starting regular player, faction leader, former staff member, and someone whos taken the time to reflect and improve on prior behavior misconducts. That time gave me a stronger sense of how to support players / factions, maintain fairness, and contribute to the server’s environment.  My goal as a staff member is to bring consistency, maturity, leadership translatable skills, and fairness to the community. +1 I have a good bit of experience with you on the server, and everything so far has been on a good positive note.  you handle yourself very well in sits and for someone's who's 15, you show a clear good level of maturity and knowledge of the current rules of the server.    the app could use some work, but I'm overall happy to see you apply and you for sure deserve a shot on the team
