This can negatively affect the participation of players with less money, who can enter lotteries. You guys already make enough money with printers. Public Indecency is self-explanatory enough and needs no changes. Firearm restrictions will stay labeled as that, Mayors are allowed to restrict other weapons with a custom law if they choose to.
