+1 I've only had good experiences with you in game, you are fun to play with and try to make sure everyone is having a good time, your paragraphs could've used a little bit more, but the points you made in them were solid. It also seems like you have some good experience revolving around staffing

+1 Ive had the pleasure of being with CJ in Jund he is a really good guy who i’ve never had problems with in my faction rule wise or rp wise i think it would be smart to start him lower and see where he goes from there good paragraphs as well

As a starting regular player, faction leader, former staff member, and someone whos taken the time to reflect and improve on prior behavior misconducts. +1 I have a good bit of experience with you on the server, and everything so far has been on a good positive note.  you handle yourself very well in sits and for someone's who's 15, you show a clear good level of maturity and knowledge of the current rules of the server.    the app could use some work, but I'm overall happy to see you apply and you for sure deserve a shot on the team
